Caturra and Bourbon varieties of the Nicaraguan coffee add a distinct sweetness, bright acidity and a crisp finish to the beans. By partnering with members across the UCA San Juan del Rio Coco Madriz Department of Nicaragua which was certified organic in 1993 and Fairtrade certified in 2004 we have access to a transparent, fairly priced supply chain which is able to provide us with speciality coffee beans. Offering distinct and heavy flavour notes with a rich creamy body that cannot be in rivalled by any other origin.Our fair trade an organic Sumatran grade one coffee is sourced from multiple co-operatives , Typically placed at an altitude of 1400 to 1600 m to achieve a consistent and high-quality cup profile.Our Colombian beans add a clean, mild acidity, medium body, full sweetness to the blend.
